Shipping Policy
Austin's Diving Center makes every effort to ship all orders within one business day. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will most likely ship the same day. Orders placed on the weekends will ship the following Monday. If any item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or phone before we process the order.
All orders are reviewed prior to being processed to ensure complete accuracy of shipping costs. On some occasions, shipping quotes may be inaccurate and we reserve the right to make corrections to the shipping cost. In many cases, this can mean a reduction in cost.
Domestic Orders
Austin's Diving Center uses UPS for most of its shipments within the continental United States.
Florida Orders
Any order being shipped within the state of Florida arrives within 1-2 business days using standard Ground shipping. If you are shipping within Florida, choose Ground to save money.
International Orders
International orders
are primarily shipped via USPS. If you would like your order shipped using a different method, please contact us so we can give you a customized shipping quote.
