When will you ship my order?

All orders received before 3pm will most likely ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will ship on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, simply call us at 888-665-0636 or email us at diving@austins.com for details on how to send your items back.

When will you charge my credit card?

Your credit card is only charged when we are ready to ship your order. If something is out of stock, we will contact you first and let you know of the estimated timeframe that we expect to be able to ship.

How can I cancel my order?

Simply cancel your order in My Account, or give us a call at 888-665-0636 or email us at diving@austins.com.

Do you charge sales tax?

We will only charge sales tax if your order's delivery address is anywhere within the state of Florida.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on any order over $100. Orders totaling less than $100 will ship via UPS or USPS at discounted rates as established during the checkout process.

Will you ship to my country?

We ship to many countries all over the world. To see if we will ship to yours, add your item(s) to the cart and go to the checkout page. From there you will be able to see the list of countries we ship to.

When will I receive credit back on my credit card for returns?

Refunds back to your credit card should show within 3-7 business days from the date that we initiate the credit. Please allow us 1-2 business days after we have received your order to process the refund.
