Shipping & Return Policy
Austin's Diving Center makes every effort to ship all orders within one business day. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will most likely ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday (or on the next business day if there is a holiday). If an item is out of stock, we will contact the customer to determine the best course of action. Most often we will ship the item(s) when we get them in. Sometimes, we may offer an alternative that we think would work well.
All orders are reviewed prior to being processed to ensure complete accuracy of shipping costs. On some occasions, shipping quotes may be inaccurate and we reserve the right to make corrections to the shipping cost. In many cases, this can mean a reduction in cost.
Free shipping is applied to any subtotal (before tax if in Florida) to any order that is to be shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48). The shipping method varies but is most often UPS Ground or USPS Priority or First Class mail.
Except for the western panhandle, any order being shipped to within the state of Florida will arrive the next business day using standard UPS Ground shipping (orders destined to the panhandle west of Tallahassee will take 2 business days.) If you are shipping within Florida, choose Ground to save money.
All orders being shipped to within the state of Florida will be charged 7% sales tax.
Austin's Diving Center uses UPS and USPS for most of its shipments within the contiguous United States.
International orders are primarily shipped via USPS and FedEx International. If you would like your order shipped using a different method, please contact us so we can give you a customized shipping quote. The buyer will be responsible for any additional customs and VAT fees associated with the order. Please be aware that customs can cause additional delays in transit time estimates.

Austin's Diving Center will gladly refund the full purchase price less shipping charges for any product sent back for refund within 34 days of purchase. All returns for refund must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include a brief note as to why you are returning the product.

Austin's Diving Center does not sell defective merchandise. At least we try not to!!! All items that we sell are first quality from the manufacturer and we are an authorized dealer of every product we sell. NO GRAY MARKET PRODUCTS HERE!!! Most items we sell come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you feel that an item is defective and needs repair or replacement, call or email us and we will work with you to help resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. You should use a traceable method for shipping your merchandise back to us such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS. Make sure you insure the item for loss or damage.
