Return Policy

Refunds

Austin's Diving Center will gladly refund the full purchase price less shipping charges for any product sent back for refund within 30 days of delivery. All returns for refund must be new and unused, and include the original packaging and literature. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.  Please include a brief note as to why you are returning the product.



Exchange

Austin's Diving Center will gladly exchange any product that is new and unused for another style, size, etc. All products must include original packaging and literature. Please specify which product you want in exchange. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.



Defects

Austin's Diving Center does not sell defective merchandise.  At least we try not to!!!  All items that we sell are first quality from the manufacturer and we are an authorized dealer of every product we sell.  NO GRAY MARKET PRODUCTS HERE!!!  Most items we sell come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.  If you feel that an item is defective and needs repair or replacement, call or email us and we will work with you to help resolve the issue. You should use a traceable method for shipping your merchandise back to us such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS.  Make sure you insure the item for loss or damage.
