Q-PowerLine represents over 5 years of research and development to engineer the ultimate line specifically for spearfishing applications. Based on feedback from experienced divers like Daryl Wong, Chad Palan, and Sheri Daye, this line has been optimized to provide the highest performance and lowest stretch of any available spearfishing line.
Engineered with a modified 2,000 strand Spectra core, to ensure smooth spooling and absorb line shock, and a tight overbraid of Spectra 2000® fibers to create an abrasion-resistant, protective sheath. The line is both round in cross section and resistant to tangling. High visibility coloration improves both line safety and ease of handling in the water. A final coating is added to protect the line against dirt and further increase the line's abrasion resistance to rocks, coral, and general underwater hazards.
